Please do not drink and drive (Ciao Bella Idaho Wine Tours, LLC will not be responsible for you and your guests)
You agree that Ciao Bella Idaho Wine Tours, LLC is not responsible for accidents or injuries while in the vehicle or during visits to the wineries
Customer agrees to reimburse Ciao Bella Idaho Wine Tours, LLC for any damage to vehicle caused by customer’s negligence during the tour - ordinary spills or stains will be charged at $100 and for larger issues, a charge of $250 will be assessed to the customer responsible
Customer agrees not to vape or smoke in our van - a charge of $200 will be assessed to the customer responsible
Private Tours are available for groups of 10 or more guests, upon request.
Your participation on Ciao Bella Idaho Wine Tours, LLC allows us to use your photo on our web site or other promotional materials
In the unlikely event your tour is cancelled by Ciao Bella Idaho Wine Tours, LLC due to unsafe road/weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule or, if necessary, we will provide a full refund (i.e. out of town guests, special occasion, etc.)
All participants must complete the Ciao Bella Idaho Wine Tours, LLC waiver prior to the tour (Download, complete waiver, then email to Info@CBIdahoWineTours.com)
